A wedding veil has been one of the more talked about items at the 2017 Brisbane Convention, but it may be one of your first options for covering your head and neck.
The Queensland Government has announced a $1.9 million grant for the state’s first “virtual” wedding, the Virtual Bride & Groom Festival, which is expected to run from October 13 to October 17.
It is designed to encourage young people to get involved in the local wedding community, according to the Government.
It includes events and events in schools and community centres, and an online register for potential attendees to register online.
“This will help young people understand how to use virtual venues and how to prepare for the big day,” a spokeswoman said.
“It is an opportunity for young people of all ages to learn about virtual wedding venues.”
